My work explore how memory simplifies landscape into structure and color.
Rather than describing a place, each work reconstructs the feeling of having been there.

This is a limited giclée print derived from River Reverie, a large-scale public mural created by Alma Ramirez and permanently installed in St. Johns, Florida.
The mural celebrates Northeast Florida’s waterways and the delicate ecosystems they support. Inspired by the region’s historic architecture, native vegetation, and wildlife, the work reflects the relationship between the visible landscape above the water and the rich life that exists beneath the surface.
At the center of the mural, a manatee and her calf symbolize continuity, protection, and the ongoing cycle of life within Florida’s natural habitats. Native birds, vegetation, and flowing water weave through the composition, reminding us of the importance of preserving native species and the fragile environments that sustain them. This piece captures a quiet moment from this larger narrative, evoking the gentle movement of water and the peaceful coexistence between nature and place.
Printed on textured cold press paper, the piece preserves the painterly depth and color of the original mural while offering collectors an intimate fragment of the public artwork.
